This month we have our traditional "bumper issue" of MACinations with some great articles for your holiday reading. The next issue will be February 2005.
I'd like to thank all the members who contribute to the running of the Club. This year Darryl Chrisp has stepped down as our Administrator, due to the pressure of his other activities. Darryl has worked for the Club for close to ten years and has done a sterling job. Marshall Aherne has been our meeting organiser for the last few years. This seemingly simple task is muchmore complex that it appears. I dread the phone call the day before the meeting when Marshall tells me the speaker who has twice confirmed they will attend has now come up with a sudden reason not to. John Agapitos has suffered the slings and arrows of an unreliable telecommunications industry to keep our website and other online services running for well over a decade. The stalwarts of the meeting "Supper", Max and Gordon, have also contributed significantly to the Club for a long period.
To all members I'd like to send our best wishes for the Holiday season and we hope to see you online or at a meeting in the New Year!
A task will take twice as long as you think, even when you take this rule into account.
