To permanently remove a message in Eudora without first moving it to the Trash mailbox, hold down Shift + Option + Delete (note that nuked messages cannot be recovered).

To quickly move messages to a specific mailbox in Eudora, first Command click between two toolbar buttons to create a new button. When the Toolbar Creation Window comes up, select the specific mailbox from the Mailbox menu. You can now drag any message to the toolbar button to quickly move it.
